For people planning an event
You describe the event — a wedding, a birthday, a christening, a corporate do or a festival — and say where it is, when it is and what you can spend. Professionals in your area who do that kind of work see it and claim it. You can look through their work, their reviews and the price they suggest, then choose the one you want. Once you and your professional have agreed the same price, you pay EventLink rather than paying them directly. We hold the money until the event is over, so nobody is paid for work that has not happened.
For event professionals
If you run a business that makes events happen — a venue, castle and soft play hire, stage or welcome decor, a drinks or food cart, photography and video, a DJ, marquees, balloon art or cakes — EventLink brings you paid work without the cost of advertising for it. Claim the events that suit you, agree the price with the client, talk to them in the app, and keep a portfolio and reviews on your profile. After the event, the money released to you can be paid out to your bank account.
Who builds EventLink
EventLink is built and run by EventLink, a small team based in the West Midlands. We handle the payments, the reviews and the disputes ourselves, so if something goes wrong at an event you are talking to the people who decide what happens rather than a call centre. Every vendor on the marketplace is a local one, working across the West Midlands.
